I get it.

With over 6 years of hands-on experience in ADGM and DIFC, and 12 in corporate services in the UAE, I’ve seen first-hand what it really takes to get businesses off the ground in these jurisdictions.

I also understand the challenge founders face — wanting to keep costs reasonable, while still needing experienced support to navigate the incorporation process correctly.

Since moving to Spain in September 2024, I now work remotely as a freelance incorporation support specialist, helping founders simplify and manage the administrative side of their ADGM and DIFC applications.

I do not operate as a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), registered agent, or law firm, and I do not provide legal, regulatory, or licensed corporate services.

My role is limited to administrative and incorporation support, including the preparation of documentation, coordination with third-party providers, and submission support based on information provided by the client.

Where required, clients will engage directly with licensed CSPs, legal advisors, or other regulated professionals for services such as incorporation sponsorship, regulatory approvals, banking, or legal advice.

This service is best suited for founders and businesses who already have (or are in the process of appointing) the appropriate regulated providers, and need experienced, hands-on support to manage the incorporation process efficiently.
